Program structure
How the learning journey is organized from start to finish.
The programme combines flexible online learning with intensive onsite coaching over four weeks.
Weeks 1 and 3 feature self study online lectures.
In Week 2, participants attend onsite sessions on Saturday and Sunday (2:00–5:00 pm), delivering a Story Presentation and a Research Presentation with personalized feedback.
In Week 4, the final onsite sessions (Saturday and Sunday, 2
00–5:00 pm) include advanced coaching and two practical assessments: a Persuasive Presentation and an Impromptu Speech, ensuring participants graduate with confidence and real-world speaking experience.
The graduation and certification would also be held on the 4th Sunday at week 4.
Assessment methods
How your progress is measured and validated.
Participants complete four practical presentation assessments
a Story Presentation, Research Presentation, Persuasive Presentation, and Impromptu Speech.
Each presentation is evaluated with personalized coaching and feedback to build confidence, strengthen delivery, and improve executive communication skills.
