Educational Qualification
A minimum of a secondary school certificate (WAEC, NECO, or equivalent). A bachelor's degree or higher is an advantage but not mandatory.
Work Experience
At least two years of professional work experience in any industry or sector. Applicants do not need to currently hold a management title.
Language Proficiency
A working proficiency in English, as all course materials, live sessions, and assessments are conducted in English.
Commitment to Learning
Applicants must be willing to dedicate sufficient time per week to complete lessons, engage in live sessions, and apply learning in their professional context.
